Miriam is kind, experienced, a great listener, and a brilliant thought partner. In a short time period she identified our growing organization's most critical financial issues and helped us to solve them.
--Minal Hajratwala, CEO, Unicorn Authors Club and Changemaker Authors Cohort
Thank you so much for always approaching work with cheer and kindness. You always assumed the best of others and extended compassion towards every person you worked with - our staff, singers, board, donors, etc. Your genuine joy for the community is inspiring and infectious. You’ve been such a pleasure to work with.Thank you for all your work in setting up systems, particularly with the finances. I really appreciated your patience in walking through the finances with us. Your guidance and leadership helped keep us organized and focused, which I believe has set us up for success as [the CEO] starts her new role.
--Kripa Joseph, Director of Operations, Cantata Singers
Miriam responsibly and joyfully led our organization for almost a year through a major period of transition, carefully evaluating each and every process, document, approach, budget line, and regular expenditure with an eye toward long-term sustainability, while being a great colleague and friend and a creative and thoughtful host of meetings and events. Our near and distant future is set up well, thanks to Miriam's hard work over the past year.
